I have a section on my from with multiple choice checkboxes. The information sent from the form shows up in receipt review in JotForm, but the answers are not visible in the email format I am receiving. My email receipt shows the field but no answers. How can this be corrected?

Basically, this will happen when doing changes to the form fields then the form failed to automatically update your current Email Body settings. So, we suggest to always check and make sure to correct the tags or variables used for each field.
I have fix this for you. I also suggest re-creating your form notifications. It seems that your current settings doesn't contain all your form fields. There are lots of changes that needs to update.
