Website is not loading properly

Hi participants have been receiving the following message on my embedded form:

"Temporarily Back End Unavailable"

And have been unable to upload their images and submit their responces.

Once submitted, it just states "waiting for..." see attached.

This is significantly affecting my project and making members of the community unable to submit their files.

Could you please explain and fix this issue urgently?
