Missing Email Field Selection Under Sender Email

    Hi,

It seems like after JotForm implementing the new SMTP feature, I can no longer allow the form submiter to appear as Sender Email using the email box that they filled on the form. Surprisingly, JotForm still allows the submiter's name to be selected as Sender Name but not for the Sender Email. I had been using this feature for more than a year. The reason is that, when the site visitors (submiters) submit their training request to my clients, my clients will be able to easily click reply with the requester's email address. Now JotForm, without my permission, changed all my sender's email to noreply@jotform.com.

I want to know, how can I use back the old feature? Thank you!

    Antonio

I deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api. We have permanently disabled the custom sender email feature.

But you can map the Reply-to field to the email field of your form so that when you reply to the notification email it will display your user's email address.

We now have a new feature where you can send notification emails using your own SMTP server. Please refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/blog/86-Send-Form-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address-JotForm-Now-Support-SMTP

    Thanks,

Yeah..... I just saw it after posting this question... and this is another problem that I faced:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/242580-Wrong-SMTP-Settings-How-to-edit#2

But you know what could be the potential problem of your no-reply@jotform.com email address? -- It may go into the SPAM folder of the recipient.

Try to get your SMTP issue fixed and roll out the edit mode ASAP so that I can fix my settings.

    Thanks.

I have the same problem, JotForm, without my permission, changed all my sender's email to noreply@jotform.com.

I need to search some e-mails in my inbox, by the sender e-mail, and I don´t find, because I do the search with sender e-mail data

I need you solve this problem asap, receiving form results like before, with sender e-mail in the Sender E-mail field

    Thank you

And most serious problem, all reply we sent last days, just clicking in reply, was sent to noreply@jotform.com , and we believed that it was sent to clients.  We only discover this problem, because some clients called us, asking explanations, telling that they did not receive any informations from us. Regrettable !!
