Could you please test again? In case the issue persists, kindly try clearing your browser cache or a different browser to check if it makes any difference.

Its displaying on pc. The problem is in mobile app. Its not displaying there.

I have tried to view the cloned form on a web browser,on the JotForm Mobile form app and as an assignee in the mobile form app but I can't replicate the issue.

The form tabs is showing at my end.

Yes the issue is still there. I am using iphone 11

It was fine till yesterday.

I cleared your form cache on our end. To my understanding, there's no issue yesterday and suddenly the form tabs are not showing.

Did you add anything to your form? Is the form embedded on a website?

Could you please try using a different internet browser on your iPhone and see if the issue still persists? (Safari or Google Chrome)

The form is not embedded to any website

I tried on safari. Its working fine on safari.

Only problem is its not displaying on mobile app

It seems the issue is with cloudflare in your location that is why the widget is not showing.

Our developers has fixed the issue.

Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?
