Where do i go to see the SMTP is working? We see the list of sender email addresses in JOTFORM, but where do we see if the email actually arrived?

If you're using SMTP then you may contact your email provider for the logs.
However, if you want to check your mail logs you may view it in your history.

You may try setting your email address as the email recipient to receive the notification email.
