Jotform made me create a new account?? I already have an existing account?

    Hi.

     

    Jotform made me create another account when I could not login using my original username and password.  Is this my same account or a new account?  I need to know what my ORIGINAL username name and password is for my original account because I need to make changes to my contact page on my website asap!!!

     

    I could not find a phone number on Jotform's website to contact someone and talk to them LIVE.

    Could someone please send me a customer service contact phone number where I can call and talk to someone LIVE to address my problem?  

     

    I need to take care of this asap!

    I checked your contact form embedded in your website. Its created under account "strategicprep".

    Your username is "strategicprep" and the email id used to create this account is "info@strate****p.com".

    Do you have access to this email id? You can reste your password by clicking on "Forget Password" link which is just below the "Sign In" button.
