Hello ,
I have created two AUTORESPONDER EMAIL to my form called "Employment contract" and I made a condition that both emails are supposed to be send when the user fills in the form.
But it seems that only one email is coming.
The email called "WELCOME TO BARNAKADEMIN / HOW TO REGISTER WORKING HOURS ONLINE/ LINK TO SAFETY MANUAL" is not arriving to the users inbox after submitting the form. What is the problem?
Thank you Nadja -

Hello Nadja,
Thank you for contacting our support team.
After taking a look at your account, I found that you currently have many active forms and I am unaware of which form is causing the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot search your email titles so we will need to know the form.
Can you kindly provide us with the URL of the form in question? Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
Once we have the correct form, we will take a look at the emails and find a solution for this issue.
We look forward to your response.

Hi there,
I checked the form, and in the email conditions you set up, it seems that one of your rules has a name value for the email recipient instead of an email value?
Please change this to {email} so it will properly work.
I also noticed that this was the case in your other email condition.
Here is a Related Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
I hope that helps.
Best.
