I'm receiving 14 emails when I'm expecting 1.

    I've tried to set up a workflow form with conditional emails. My final approval should send one autoresponse email to one recipient. I get many.

     Please help.

    Hi,

    I checked the form and the conditions do not appear as though they would send 14 emails with the final step of the approval process. The only time it looks like possibly multiple emails would send to the same address is if the same address was used in the {supervisorEmail} or {vpEmail} fields as is used to send the other conditional emails to your address specifically. Are you still seeing the large volume of emails on final submit or has the form been updated already?

    I’m getting a little desperate.
    I’ve set the ‘Change e-mail recipient’ to only 3 options.
    I’ve used unique emails in every required instance.
    I’ve re-published.
    After the email needing VP signature is signed, it is sending emails to the ‘bookstore email’.
    However, the first time I ran the form, I got 24 emails. The second time I ran the form, I got 10 emails.

    Hi there,

    I did a test submission on a copy of your form TVCC Proof of BMV (please confirm if this is the form in question) and I couldn't replicate the issue as I only received 1 submission email.

    Can you please provide the submission IDs so that we can have a closer look at this issue?
