Changing Width of a Form Element

hi i need to zoom the field for number can you help me please?

You can easily increase the width of a number element. I cloned your form in order to guide you, here's how you do;

1)Click on the number element, then click "Properties" (gear) button on the right menu,

2)Select "Options" in the navigation bar above,

3)Change the width parameter to whatever you like.
