    Hello Rakesh,

For merging two forms on JotForm, what you essentially do is use the Field Manager app to copy fields from one form to another.

After copying the fields, these two forms will still be present in your account - it does not create a third form. The form to which you copied the fields, will be your merged form.

I hope this answers your question.

    Hello ,
First one in the picture is merged form .
The number of submissions in jot app is showing ( for example 75 ) and the
same number is not reflecting in my email notifications. The number is not
corresponding, because of that I raised a doubt whether all submissions are
getting into the app or else some are missing .
    I hope this clarifies things.
    With regards,
    Rakesh

I checked your email history and likewise from the account reckoningrockyrmc but it seems that all emails were sent properly. Can you give us the link to the form which has this issue?

Also please check your spam folder for possibilities of the missing emails to have landed there.

If you are using an email client software such as Eudora, Mozilla Thunderbird, or MS Outlook, please log in to your webmail account instead and check the spam folder there. Chances are the emails that have landed on the spam folder which prevented your emails to get downloaded/synced to your email client application.

If none of these resolved the issue, please let us know.
