unable to access with recording links in form

    Could you please let me know how to correct the issues with recordings and pictures taken in the forms? They cannot be heard or seen after submission

    Hi Roxana,

    Just to make sure I understood your concern correctly, do you mean the recordings and pictures uploaded are no were to be found on the submission page? or are the recordings not showing in the email notification? I just checked your submission page and the recording that was taken is showing as expected.

    The link is there but when I click the link an error shows up and I cannot
    listen to the recording. The same has happened when I tried to add pictures

    Hello Roxana - Are you receiving this error below when you open the link?

    It means you are logged out of your account.  I can see that the account's Privacy Setting has been set to "Enabled". It means that the attachments can only be viewed if you are logged on to the said account, otherwise, it will return an error as shown above when you access the link.

    Please try disabling it by going to the account's settings and uncheck the following options:
