Email Confirmations

    Hello.  One of the forms we created is having problems with email confirmations.  They were working well up until a couple of days ago. When the user submits the completed JotForm, they do not receive a notification that it has been received.  Any help would be most appreciated.  Thank you. We have two forms (one is working fine with the email confirmations working but the other form is not)  This is the form we are referencing: https://form.jotform.com/200934688879071. We have several people submitting the form based on the emails that are in the field: FSR/TM Email

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    After checking your form I can see that you are receiving the email a specific domain name, after checking our logs our system tries to deliver the email so y recommendation is to contact the email admin and request o whitelist the IP and Domains from Jotform.
