Good afternoon,
I hope to create a 10-question, multiple choice quiz about COVID-19 safety practices. I would like to provide immediate feedback for each answer. If the answer is correct, a banner or similar alert would indicate that. If the answer is incorrect, a banner would reveal the correct answer and explain why.
I am guessing I could explore conditional logic to make this work. But first I’d like to know if what I’m suggesting is even possible on Jotform. Please advise.
Thank you
Stacy G

Hello Stacy,
That's possible to create using JotForm. Here's a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/201847337527056
You can change the image field with the Text field. If you want to explain something. Here's the condition guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
You can clone my demo form if you want to check the settings of conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
After that, you can turn the form into a Quiz. After you complete the form, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/289-Turn-Your-Form-into-a-Quiz-or-Exam-
Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.
