Unable to view my forms in the drop dow after connecting to Freshdesk

    Hi I cant seem to be able to view my forms in the drop dow after connecting my jotform to FreshDesk app. What could've happened?

    Hello,

    You have integrated your form to Freshdesk and are not able to view submissions linked to the drop down field in your form. Is that correct?

    If yes, which form are you referring to? I checked your last edited form "61906789189980", but could not find any drop down field.

    Also, have you connected to Freshdesk via Zapier?
