How can I count the number of "NA" answers were given, considering all my questions have the same set of answers (NA,0, 1, 2, 3)?

    Hello,

You can use Single choice field for your questions. Then assign a value of 1 to the option NA:

    Related guide for reference: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

After that add the questions into a Form calculation widget  and Save the widget:

Let us know if this works out for you.

    Hi.

It wouldn't help, since I also have to count the total of answers, and so, the option 1 would have the same calculation value. In this case, I wouldn't know if the person had choosen NA or option 1. I need to count exactly the NAs. Is there any way I could create a condition method like count( question 1:question 10; NA), just like it's done on excel?

We are sorry that such function is not available with the calculation widget or conditions.

Do you mean to say that all the options in the single choice field are assigned with calculation values? As a workaround, in order to achieve your requirement, it may be required to add a number field or calculation widget for each single choice field and setup a condition to calculate the count if NA is selected as shown below.

Then a new Form calculation widget to calculate the total count of NA by using the number fields.

    Thanks!

    Hello!

As an alternative, I created a hidden number field with the value 1 and used the condition to change the value everytime NA is chosen.

I hadn't seen the insert option on the conditions. But as it worked this way, i'll let it be. Thanks a lot anyway! It'll be helpfull for further forms.
