cant see the documents on google docs

I am unable to see the link to the documents on the spreadsheet of my google docs. Please if you can kindly support me in this and see what is the issue.

I cloned and tested the form and I was able to successfully make a submission as well as receive data into my google sheet integration:

Prior to the recent submission, were there any changes made on the form? Please note that changes to the form would break the integration.

Can you please re-integrate Google sheets and make a test submission.
