How do I cancel subscription and get a refund?

    Hi jotform support,


    Good day!

    I'm new to creating an online form and I was just thinking of making a simple one where in the person who will have to fill up the form won't have to complete/ do the payment via the form too. I discovered that I was the "Purchase Order" type option but when I was selecting that, it was disabled. I thought it was disabled because I was only using a the BASIC version, so I upgraded my account. Eventually, your support team responded to my query that I just couldn't select PO option because PayPal was already selected.

    I would like to continue using Jotform and upgrade in the future but for now, i would like to cancel the upgraded version first and use the Basic version. Hoping that I can get a refund please.

    Hello,

    We have received confirmation from PayPal that you've cancelled the subscription.

    As requested, I have now sent your refund for processing. Please note that the refund could take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

    Regarding your issue related to using payment field: On one form only one payment field can be added.

    In your case, you can setup a Purchase order payment fields as explained in this guide: How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order

    There is also an option to create a multi payment form as explained here: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form
