Do I need a website to create and attach a form?

Hi, Can you please tell me if I need a website to attach your free form to or can they stand alone, its for dance class sign ups in uk,but we haven't a new website yet and its to collect details from parents to want future info about when we launch. the form would be sent through their dm when they enquire on fb or insta messages. Thanks

You can use the standalone (direct) form link for this purpose. It is not mandatory to add the form to a website.

You can get/copy your form URL from your Form Publish page: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL - then paste that directly via DM on FB or Instagram.

Thanks great what info of mine do i need to put on form as i haven't a business address yet and don't want to use my personal address showing on form or do i not need to put any of that on the form and can i contact someone who signs up through your form within your system or is it just form only ?

You only need a verified email account to register or create your JotForm account.

You are not required to put any information personal or not in the form when creating your form in the Form Builder.

I recommend you check also existing form templates in the Form Templates gallery to easily create your form.

It is a form only and there is no chat facility with customer, if that's what you are referring to.

Yes, all data received on your forms are stored securely in your JotForm account. You can access it at any time from your Form submission page - How-to-View-Form-Submissions
