Cannot log in or change my password

    I clicked send me a password reset and waited an hour with both jotform@midwesttalent.com and betty@midwesttalent.com The email from jotform with password reset did not come into my inbox or spam. We were hacked with our social media accounts and think we were hacked here with jotform as well. I tried the password that always worked but it is not correct.

    Can you send a reset please for the account midwesttalentjotform

    I have not found any JotForm account with that username - midwesttalentjotform.

    Could you please confirm if that is the correct username?

    On the other hand, you are currrently logged in with the username talentupdaterjotform (that is the account you used to create this thread) and there are a few forms under that account.

    The email address betty@midwesttalent.com is linked to your account "talentupdaterjotform" (which you have mentioned is working fine). From the email log of this account, I can see that you've recently reset the password of this account.

    All other information provided is not showing any account on JotForm.

    If you have any other JotForm account, and if there are forms in that account, you can let us know the form URL or ID. That will help us track the exact account information.
