Build mode and preview/final version don't match up

Hi there, i just added a new section to my form (corflute signage) and now the final version does not match up to what i created in Build. It has removed one of my selection fields in the corflute signage section, and doubled up another section (Pop up A frame). I don't know if this is a bug in the back end but could you take a look at it please? Screenshots provided.
