Does recipient of a form have to create jotform account to complete form?

If I email the link to one of my forms for someone to complete...do they have to create a JotForm account or logon using Facebook to complete the form?  I hope that I'm just doing something wrong?  I copied my form link and included it in a email to someone and it looks as though they need to logon or create JotForm account to access form.  Please advise...

Hi there - If you copy your form's direct URL and send them through your own means (email, SMS, etc), they won't be required to create an account to fill out your form.

If, however, you added them as form Assignee, then it is required for them to have a JotForm account.

I'm still experiencing the same problem...I did use the form's direct URL.

Please see my 2 screen shots. I emailed form to a friend and they received same logon window I did...why doesn't the form just open for the user to start completing the form? 

First is pic of email I sent from the JotForm app.  Then we opened email on friend's phone, clicked on link and the logon window appeared for her to use google, facebook or create an account. Why?

I did a quick check and it looks like your form is set to Private. Thus, asking for a JotForm account.  

Kindly set it to Public so anyone with the direct link can fill out your form without the need for a JotForm account.
