Sharing Entry details and files

I have set up three Award entry forms that include a video component.

I zipped the entries for each up category up and sent them as pdf to our judges.

The judges can open the entries but are having difficultly downloading the mp4 files attached.

They get this error:

When I try to access these video files from the same link that I sent out, I don't have this issue. The judges don't have access to my jotform account. 

Is there a way to not restrict their access to the form information.

From your Account Settings you can un-check the option Require log-in to view uploaded files.
