Notification email is not sent

    Hello support team. 


    So sorry to disturb you, Now I guess I am the one who has made most letters out of your customers. 

    As I have mentioned a lot already, we are GSIS which is an international school located in South Korea, and there are many parents trying to fill out through Jotform for applying to our school. 

    Today, I have another weird document from a parent. 

    Here is the unusual thing really happened. 

    1. Usually when any parent fills out 'the application form', our admission team is supposed to receive a foundation message such as the basic information. 

    They has not get anything. 

    2.

    We have thought that all the blanks are mandatory to fill out and when all the blanks are filled out, the parent can move to the next page. 

    The document has not had any information. 

    3.

    On the last page of PDF, The only information we can find from the document is his signature, nothing else.

    p.s: Just we talked with the parent on the line, he said he upload all the files he needs to send to us and asked what he is supposed to do.

    1) Can you please let us know does this happen with all submissions? If not, can you please send IDs of submissions you did not receive? You can click here to see where to find the submission ID.

    I did check the logs for the last few emails, and they were all successfully sent. Please make sure you check the spam folder and add JotForm email to the contact list to prevent further blocking.

    Additionally, please note that your Notification email is empty. Can you please let us know if the email you receive empty, or you do not get the email at all?
