It is quite a long time ago we had this problem (reported by BBIE - as you are aware, BBIE account disappeared after the creation of the current Postkamer account -) some documents are not downlable, and we get the following messages:
The form is Contact and the id numbers:
In addition, the mail for that application did not reach us. This can also have a relation with the way the customer entered the data in the form (it looks like het tried several options and that this resulted in a kind of mismatch at the end the form ...
As we miss those important documents, please have a look on this, and hopely you can solve this problem for us.

The issue related to your account (BBIE) disappearance is currently assigned to our developer and is set as "urgent".
Can you please let us know the form URL so we can check your form submissions? Basically, you'll see the download links contains your current username "postkamer", please try to change that one to your "BBIE" username. See if that makes it downloadable.
Suggest you to post another thread with your second inquiry. Basically, we've made a changes to your Email System, and that may affects your current email settings.

Please tell us which of your form you are having this issue.
I checked the last form you had used http://www.jotform.com/31181750814955 , and when I checked by downloading the submissions documents, I was able to dowload them just fine.
But perhaps I am checking a different form. Do tell us which Contact form, and we will check further.
