I am a bit concerned as 2 new forms have appeared on my jotform account and a form i created has dissappeared.
i would be grateful if someone could reply telling me what happens. I need to be able to trust Jotform 100%.
Is there also a way to see all my help questions in one place? one is missing, when i search by either my name or my company name.

Regarding the disappeared form do you have the form URL? You might have two accounts.
