My forms data are encrypted

    Hi, I created a form but all of my forms replies are in code format? I cant read the answers and don't know why.

    Hi!

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. You are receiving encrypted data because data encryption is enabled on your form. 

    My forms data are encrypted Image 1 Screenshot 20You need to access your JotForm submissions page and upload your private key, to read the data.

    Hi thanks for the reply. I've put my key in when prompted but my form still
    isn't legible... I have deleted the local storage and tried the key again
    but it still isn't working. I have also tried decrypting it but I still
    can't read it. Any suggestions? Thankyou

    Sorry for the frustrations caused. Can you please try using a different browser or incognito mode?
