We have a number of forms on our website, all set up to send a notification email to the same email adddress upon form completion. In the last week, some of these notifications for certain forms are not being received at the nominated email address yet submission confirmed within job form.
Any suggestions how this can be fixed?

OK. Taking a look at "CFX - Personal Application":
I added my email address to the recipients:
Then went to http://centralfx.co.uk/contact/personal-account-registration and submitted the form. I received the form fine:
Removed my email from the recipient list.
So, the emails are arriving fine. It might be going to your spam inbox. Can you check that?
