    Hi,

I wanted to use Jot Form to collect payments from Clients. How much it would be charged? Will there be any percentage or flat amount or any Free Pakage?

You can try out the Free/Starter plan. This has 10 payment submissions limit per month which is enough to try making actual charges for your clients. If you're expecting more than 10 payment submissions per month, you can upgrade to any of the paid plans for higher payment submissions limit.

So to collect payments, you simply have to integrate your form with any of our payment integrations like Paypal (Standard), Paypal Pro, Stripe, Square, and many others. You can find them on the Payments tab in the Form Builder. So when your clients submit the form and the payment went through successfully, that would be counted as a payment submission.

FYI, JotForm does not take an extra fee for every payment transaction, however, the payment gateway you're using e.g. Paypal may charge you for a fee.

So If I understood correctly, I can collect 10 payments per month free right? Every new month I would get 10 free payments submission?

    Hi Raja,

As my colleague has mentioned above you can add different getways to you account and the amount received by the payment gateway can be sent to the linked bank account as per their process.

You can find the the available getaways list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

I hope this helps! let us know if you have any further questions.

You will need to add a PayPal payment field into the form and then add your PayPal account credentials.

If you have a regular PayPal account, please add the PayPal Personal payment field into the form as explained here: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-PayPal-Personal

If you have a PayPal Business account, then you can add the PayPal Checkout payment field into the form as explained here: How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

Unfortunately, we don't provide phone support. However, we always make sure to be of a great help answering customers' concerns via this support system.

Depending on what you've mentioned, all you have to do is create a payment form, then select PayPal Invoicing from the payment options, verify your PayPal account, and configure the invoice details. When customers submit payment info on your form, they’ll instantly receive an invoice that will redirect them to the PayPal website where they can pay you in just a few clicks.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

If I understand correctly, you are going to first create an invoice then they need to make a payment.

You can create one form first so you can fill out the customer information and automatically create a PDF to be sent to your customers, that file will be sent via email notification, on that notification you can add a link to another form with the Payment details.

You can create the PDF using the PDF creator: https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/.

    Emai notification: Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings.

At the moment we just provide support via the ticket system that we are using and the email support@jotform.com.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

    Hi,

    I understand your situation.

We need to know what exactly you want to achieve, for example, you need from Jotform the option to generate a PDF as an invoice to be sent to your customer then they access a form to make a payment base on the invoice?

If, yes I create a demo for you:

    1. Wit this form https://form.jotform.com/202085222920041 you will be able to fill out the form and create a PDF.

The user is going to receive the following PDF:

    2. The user is going to receive the following email with the PDF and the following payment form: https://form.jotform.com/202084921320040.

You can clone the forms and test it: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

It seems you've attached something on this ticket. Unfortunately, our support system is not yet optimized for email attachments. Please send the file to support@jotform.com instead. Once we have the attachment, we'll see if we can have a demo form for you.
