Docusign Widget: Signatory not receiving pdf copy of signed form.

Hello, 

I have the Docusign widget on my Jotform. When the signatory executes the form, I receive a pdf copy of it, but my signatory does not. Is there a setting to fix this?

Hi,

I tested your form and signed the form using DocuSign Widget. I was not able to receive a copy of a signed document. Can you please confirm if you receive the signed document. 

I cloned your form but I still didn't receive a signed copy of the document. Let me forward this issue to our back-end team so they could further check what's going on. We'll keep you posted on this thread for any updates.

I have confirm that signatories not receiving a copy of a signed form using DocuSign is a limitation within the widget. I do apologize for any confusion and misleading information. A feature request has been submitted to our developers instead.

We cannot give any ETA on when this will be added. We'll keep you posted via this thread for any updates.
