I need to create a Form with different fields and HTML text.
After the submission we need to send the complete form (including all the html text with the same layout) to the email address of the person ho submitted the form.
Is this possible with Jotform? How?
Thanks for your help,

The form is possible since we have all the possible fields/tools you need. Unfortunately, the format of the messages from our Notification (send to you after submission) and Auto Responder (send to who submitted the form) isn't the same as the form format. But you can always format these settings and add your own template. However, you'll need to code it your own if you'd like more styles.
You can allow them to get a PDF Version of their submission by adding the PDF Download link to the Auto Responder Settings. See this Image: https://shots.jotform.com/welvin/screen/2013-04-03_0430.png. Still, this method doesn't include all the texts from your form. Only the questions and answers.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

If I understand you correctly, you would like to send a your form in a PDF format. You can customize the PDF to include your HTML text from the submission page
To edit the PDF, just click the CUSTOMIZE PDF under the PDF button
Here to can modify the PDF to look similar to the form. Unfortunately, it will not be identical.
With autoresponders you can only send a link of the PDF and not as an attachment, as ,y colleague indicated:
