Can't see credit card section in live form

    Hi,

    I've created a subscription form (https://form.jotform.com/201884304359357) using a payment integration with Stripe. However, the credit card detail fields do not show on the published form?

    Can you please try to re-integrate your Stripe integration with your form?

    Hi again! 

    I've tried to re-integrate Stripe but nope. 

    However I've always integrated with Mailchimp and while looking at the integrations I noticed they appear differently (the Stripe one a slightly faded):

    I tried again and it showed up! However I have another question,

    how can I set the this integration up so that a payment subscription (and not only a one-time payment) is created in Stripe?
