We are a healthcare provider that uses Jotform to screen employees and visitors for COVID symptoms upon entering our facilities.
As of this morning, a form being used at one of our facilities has a captcha that suddenly started showing up out of the blue. Needless to say, this is causing big delays for our staff trying to enter the building. I've read other threads here where users were able to have their accounts whitelisted to remove the captcha and I would like our account to be whitelisted as well.
Here is the form that has the captcha showing up: https://hipaa.jotform.com/201555358244152
Here are the other threads were other users were able to have their accounts whitelisted: https://hipaa.jotform.com/answers/2434483-Forms-are-displaying-captcha-after-submitting-the-form and https://hipaa.jotform.com/answers/2410225-Form-submission-reCaptcha-is-displaying-after-submitting-the-form
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I already escalate the issue to the next level support team so they can check if there is an issue with the form, this usually happens when a form has a lot of traffic.
Once we have an update we will reach you out.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
