unable to input a complete email address on the email field of my form.

    Can you please tell me why it is not possible to write email adress?

    I am having challenges understanding what you are trying to achieve. Can you provide more information or screenshot so that I can visualize the issue better? Is this the Sender email option?

    If so, it is now enabled again but you need to verify your email address to be able to use your own sender email address.

    Kindly clarify what you are trying to achive so that we could assist you further.

    I have created a form but it does not have the option to fill the whole
    email address, for example :
    I wanted to make a test and write email address : liyagolden2@gmail.com and
    it stopped with "liyagol" and did not give the option to continue writing
    the whole email address.
    Please preview the form, try to fill an email address and then you will

    Please note that the test button will always send a message to the account primary email. However, you can customize the recipient of any form. In order to do this please follow the steps below:

    -Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":

    Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

    An envelope will appear. You can view and change the email address in the field highlighted below:

    Click "Finish" and Save your form.

    In addition to Ma'am Jeanette instruction. I have checked your form and unable to complete an email input and so I went to your account>> checked the Email Properties of the email field on your form and I can see that the maximum character is set to 7.

    Kindly change the value to your desired maximum character to be able to input more than 7 characters.

    Here's what you need to do to change that under properties.

    On your control panel>> Go to edit mode>> Click the Email field>> 1. Click the properties icon>> 2. Click "Show Properties".

    Once you click that, new pop-up window will show the properties from where you can change the max character on that email field. In your case it is set to "7". Kindly change it to the desired amount and hit Save. You should now be able to input a complete email address on your email field.
