I connected my JotForm to my Trello account. I am now trying to figure out how to make it to where if someone fills out the form, how the submission will automatically show up on the same card in PDF format?

Apologies, unfortunately, I am uncertain I understand what you meant by showing up as PDF format. Can you please share to us a screenshot of the format you are referring to?

Nonetheless, since you are referring to JotForm Power-Up, I assume you'd like to view submissions within the Trello card in PDF format. If this is correct, unfortunately, that is not possible, you may however view submissions in a Grid Listing Report format.
