I continue to get repeated submissions

This has happened with a number of forms. Someone will fill out the form once and over the next several days the same submission will come up 2, 3, or even 4 more times. Do you have an idea of why this is happening? And is it counting against my submission limits?

I have checked your form 201896855515062 and it seems that there is only on submissions. Kindly share the link to the form you are having this issue and he IDs of the submissions if possible.

I know. Before I sent the email, I deleted the duplicate. And that wasn’t smart. When it happens again, I’ll reply back to this email.

If it happens again, please let us know. 

Please note that this can happen when the user does not close the Thank You page after submitting the form. The Thank You page can then be accidentally reloaded with will trigger another submission. You can prevent this by adding a Captcha field to your forms.
