I have my form and my script but wher do I put it on my web page. It doesn't want to run!

When I checked your page's source, I noticed that the script's HTML tags are wrapped in entities instead of actual "less than" and "greater than" signs or angled brackets ("<" and ">"). This is likely the cause of the problem. I'm not sure what the "ff" preceding the script is for but please replace the entities and let us know if that helped.

Yes that was the solution. Many thanks. The ff was there as originally I had thought it might have had to be a link. I removed the link but left the ff.
Once again many thanks for your ongoing support.
