HIPAA: Ability to use Auto Delete Submissions app

    Hi,

    I was trying to use the "Auto Delete Submission" app for my JotForm

    But, at this url: http://auto-delete.jotform.io/, after I logged in, clicked on the "Proceed to App" and allow the setting, nothing happened.

    No redirection, no pop windows.


    Could you provide me the instructions to use this app?

    Greetings,

    I've checked your account and HIPAA Compliance is enabled.

    Unfortunately, Auto Delete Submissions app is not available for the HIPAA Compliant accounts.

    I will raise this as a request to our developers to check. Please note that we cannot provide you with the exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is an update we will inform you via this thread and on your email.

    May I ask that is there any chance I can disable HIPAA option in order to use Auto Delete Submissions app?
