Account suspended?

    My account was suspended for phishing.  I have no idea why and would like to have it reinstated.

    Your account was suspended because you are requiring sensitive information like social security and drivers licenses.

    If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending field mentioned above.

    We will be looking forward to seeing your response.

    First, I am an attorney who needs to collect this data from my clients.
    Second, how do you expect me to comply with these requirements if I cannot
    even access my account? Third, why are you monitoring my forms? I think
    you are the one who needs disclosures. Honestly, this is more than a bit
    outrageous. I think I can find another less intrusive company to provide
    the same service.
    Try treating your customers as professionals and not criminals. I do not
    appreciate how this matter is being handled.

    Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Kindly note that all forms are being reviewed by our review team and in the forms 52556808441156 and 52556098747166, sensitive information such as SSN and driver's license were being collected.


    There's no ill-intention behind our response. We were giving one of the reasons why we have this sort of security check in place. You can surely collect these details from your customers.  

    But, in order to comply with our Terms, we requested that you add the widgets mentioned above by my colleague. 

    We can activate your account now, so that you can add the widgets into the forms. But for that we would need to first delete these fields from both the forms. You can add them back along with the widgets.

    Please review and let us know if we can proceed as explained.
