Verify email link isn't valid

Hi,

I'm trying to confirm my email for a reservation, and the link takes me to a page that says "Not valid link". Here's the link from the email:

Any suggestions?

It's for a reservation with University of Washington Recreation, Waterfront Activities Center.

I've checked your account details and your account status is showing up as deleted. Maybe this is why the link is not working. I can see that the account was created just yesterday.

confirmations confused.
