Radio buttons: How to Insert an Image Using Options List

    I'd like to have a row with 3 columns of images with radial buttons next to them. is this possible with jotform?

    Yes that is possible with Jotform, You can add an image in your option selection by adding an html image tag in your option list. To do that, select the 'Option Field' and click the 'Options Icon'. In the option window, add the html image code e.g. <img src="sourceurl"> wherein the source url is the file location of your image e.g. http://domain.com/name_of_image.jpg.


    Then click the 'Spread Columns' to create 3 column option.

    To make 3(three) rows, you will need to create a total of 7-9 options to be selected.

    Thank you for the quick response! I have one more question. Is there a way to allow the user to select more than one radial button?

    No, there is no way to do that. You can use checkboxes instead

    Is there anyway to have multiple pull down menues per section? 
    Example: under one heading have multiple pulldowns?

     

    I tried using the matrix component but for some reason it only allows all the pull downs to have the same content. i'd like to have different content in each pulldown.
