Why are the jotforms in my inbox suddenly say they're coming from "me" and not from "Jotform"?

    Suddenly my jotforms are coming into my emails saying the sender is "Me" not "Jotform".  I want them to come in saying the sender is Jotform, not "Me".


    I didn't change anything, this suddenly started happening.  How can I fix this?






    Below is how it looks when it comes into my inbox.  The "me" used to say Jotform, and that's what I want back.

    Hi, I request you to set the the sender email ID as noreply@jotform.com in one of your form.
