Quiz Form: Emails are not received

    Hello,

    I created a quiz where the respondents get an email with the results as an attachment. I can the in the reports that the emails should have been sent but they have not been received by the following email addresses:


    Chris@traceyliv.com

    Tracey@traceyliv.com 

    I highlighted those in the attached spreadsheet. I checked the sapm folders and the responses are not there either.

    Hi Chris,

    thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked the email history and can see that those two submissions haven't sent out emails.

    I will forward this to our backend team for further investigation and we will get back to you as soon as we know more.

    Has this been looked at? It has been a few days and it seems that this should work as a basic function. We tried with another email today and again did not receive anything. We have spent a lot of time and respources creating this form and sequence so would really appreciate having this fixed asap. Many thanks. Chris
