I am not getting form submission emails. I am not sure what the technical problem might be. Any assistance is appreciated.

I checked your form's notification setup and see that you have not set the "Sender Email".
Please select "email@example.com" or "firstname.lastname@example.org" as your "Sender Email". That should solve your issue. Alternatively you can also use your own email address. Please refer this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Sender-Address
