Hello, I notice you have HIPPA compliant forms.  I was just about done drafting my custom form on your site, and noticed that you only have HIPPA compliant forms.  Would you happen to know, if this extends protect the same privacy laws in Canada?  As we are a business located in Canada, I'm really hoping I didn't just spend all my time customizing my COVID-19 form to not have that coverage on my forms?

    Please let me know.

I can be emailed directly at lisa.bodhitreespa@gmail.com

Thank you so much for your time!

Our HIPAA solution is designed to fulfill the requirements of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. I believe the similar solution for Canada would be Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Although these two laws are different, please note that our HIPAA solution would apply to Canadian organizations that do business in the U.S. or interact with the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or other U.S. covered entities.
