Please be informed that, your account has been suspended for requesting ID info in your Peep - Model Application form. Due to our Terms of Use, the gathering of certain private information such as Driver's License information, Credit Card details, Login Information, Social Security Information, etc. is not allowed without the mandatory widgets.

You need to include E-Signature widget in your form. However, we also require that you include a Terms and Conditions widget with your terms for your users to read.

We can only reactivate your account once the offending fields are removed from your form.

Apologies for the mistake, can you delete the offending fields from the form? I cant access my account since its still suspended.
