Getting You're almost out of submission storage limit. Upgrade Now.

As per the help docs - we deleted all of the submissions from one form and brought down to 302. However - I am still getting the error message "You're almost out of submission storage limit. Upgrade Now."

When i click the account avatar dropdown - it still mentions the ones I deleted. I even emptied the trash.

Please advise.

Please note that according to https://www.jotform.com/answers/891648-Submission-Storage-Limits

Deleting the submissions are supposed to take care of that.

Let me know asap as the limit is showing 468/500.

I have reset the submissions counter which reset the total submissions to 320.

You may check the limits from the usage section of your account:
