Can selectable items be designated to only one user?

Asked by Donovan on July 15, 2013 at 09:51 PM

In my form I have created a drop down menu where users will select a specific time, in one-minute increments.

I'd like for the specific time they choose to be designated to them alone, and not made available for subsequent peope to select that exact same time.

Perhaps the end result is that the times that have already been chosen are greyed-out or do not appear at all.

    Is something like this possible?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. A workaround for this is to create your Time Field using Dropdown Menu and Apply Question Limit to the Minutes field. Guide here: How to Set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question.

    Example: http://form.jotform.co/form/31959365753871?

Try to submit the form twice using the same minutes and you'll see the Warning Message.

You can generate number here to avoid typing each: http://textmechanic.com/Generate-List-of-Numbers.html.

    Thanks

I'm sorry. The method I've proposed is a reverse to what you'd like to have. Unfortunately, I couldn't think of any possible workaround for this. I guess it's not possible.

    Thanks
