Hi, I'm going to be creating all the forms and publishing them. However, I want other people to manage the submitted forms. I know I can send the manager an email to confirm submission after a person has filled in a form and submitted it, but I want to give the manager access to the submission information and reports etc., to track submissions
How do I do this?
Thanks David

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
You can share the submission page with or without a password, this is an example: https://support.jotform.com/submissions/201914491098055.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Hello,
The submission URL is unique for every form. So if you want to share the submission page, you will need to do that for each form.
There is another option to share submissions, forms with another person - this is a sub user feature wherein you can shared access rights on your forms/data with another user. Here is a related guide - https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
But this feature is only available under the JotForm Enterprise plan - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise
Is it possible to share the form analytics with a manager?
