    Problem with My Forms

    Dear Sirs,

    goodmorning. This is an ergent email.

    I used JotForm two semesters ago during my master degree. I decided now to develop my questionnaire / quizzes in completing my  research for my thesis. Unfortunately as I was trying to develop a pre-test, all my Forms disapeard!!! 

    Can you please provide me with instructions on restoring all my Forms?

    Can you also inform me if this is a temporary technical problem?

    Moreover I am interesting in paying for 3 month subscription (it will be used for collecting and organizing answers from undergraduate students). What is the procedure?

    Hi Fotini,

    Thanks for contacting us, I have checked your account and can see that you have all your forms intact if you still can not be able to see your forms in your end please log out clear your browser's cache and then login into your account.

    To upgrade your account to our paid plan please go to our pricing page choose the plan that best suits you by clicking on the "Upgrade button" then follow the payment procedures given.
