Our account was disabled with no question or emails sent to us.
We have been in business for years and run a very legitimate company. We have been using Jotform for more than two years and no issues.
We have a very busy week starting tomorrow and there is information we need to operate that's stored in Jotform
I am requesting our account be restored immediately as i reviewed your terms and we havnt violated any!
